Rules clarification
- The last 15 seconds in the first half is stop time.
- The last two minutes are stopped on every whistle
- At one minute, the clock is stopped after every made basket, as well as whistle. In event the game is out-of-reach (11pts or more), the clock runs. --this will be at the discretion of the referees. Basically, if it's a blowout and no chance for a comeback, time runs. There have been cases where a team can score 11 points in less than a minute, the ref while decide whether to hold the clock in that case. --we'll see how this works out.
